Is there an effort on the part of US Muslims to distance themselves from extremists?  Non-bomby type Muslims would do well to form some sort of national "Muslims for Peace" foundation and get in the news bigtime with statements of condemnation everytime something like this happens.   Have you heard of anything like that going on or does there seem to be tacit approval from the US Muslim population?

If something big enough explodes, it's going to get very sticky for Muslims in the US.  I'd think they'd want to let everyone know that they're against this crap, if only for their own protection.

Realize why there`s half as many countries fighiting in Iraq as Afghan, The list goes on. We shouldn`t even have immigration in the first place, but than again our economies would collaspe without it. In general though both sides should evolve alittle it`s almost been a decade.

that may be through not so for canada all my family have been here since before there was a country, as are many other canandians. But that`s your way of looking at it. To me it`s simple we don`t have kids because of overpopulation blah blah blah, yet if we stopped immigration we might actaully get to work .
