yea lifetime natural and there just as close to 17 inches as they are 18, ehh i dont know i dont think they are all that big to be honest and i would definitely loose some size if I dieted down to compete. Ive thought about competing before honestly just to give me more motivation to diet but ehhh. I would definitely do the Mr. getbig if there was another contest but there doesnt seem to be enough traction to get that going again.

I imagine that has to be a Small or similarly sized shirt due to your height (5`6) and the fact that the sleeve line comes as high as it does (although you could have had it altered which is partly why I am asking).  If it is a Small or a Medium than the sleeve cuff would never be able to accommodate (unless altered) a 17.5 or 18 inch arm which you clearly have in this picture as you have stated.

So...Who is your tailor?  He did a marvelous job.

Im decently thick in the chest, shoulders and back so I think that takes alot of length out of shirts for me.

Perhaps if you put on some weight this could help you as well? just food for thought always willing to help a fellow getbigger.

just depends bro, its definitely possible the more athletic you are the quicker you will progress in it. Having good body awareness is pretty important and understand that its less about brute strength and more about directed strength and technique.

Look into it bro its good cardio but go to a club that is geared towards competitions even if you dont want to compete you will get more out of that than a club that is geared more towards self defense.

I started doing judo at age 5 and it just stuck I played football, baseball, paintball as a kid as well. I dont practice judo anymore although I would like to get back into it sooner or later.
