Can you give us some arm training advice in the meanwhile while you fetch those results.  Most of us here have never had an 18 inch arm and we are much taller than 5`6 so I think we could all benefit somewhat.  I know I could.

well seeing as ive never had 18 inch arms probably never will since my arms havent really grown for a while now I dont know if im qualified but ill give you want got my arms to 17.5

heavy weighted dips
overhead db ext
various presses that work the tris even if not directly
preacher curls preferably on a machine for constant tension
believe it of not incline db curls
and hammer curls

like my pops always said if you want big arms train triceps b/c they make up the majority of the arm size...

by the way do we have a date on the videos we are getting transfered to dvd?
