I know this isn't hardcore.... infact its fairly moderate weight... i guess it is good for a 47 year old man. I was doing 130 on shoulder presses 2 weeks out from my show. Being as fat as he is he should be doing more but i guess because of the short length of his humerus it makes this exercise harder for him.
