i do them every leg day.....solely as a warm up though...

Same here, IMO, probably the best WARM UP exercise you can do. Ive seen people many times, come straight into the gym, and do legs, No warm up sets/stretching,nothing....... throw 225 on the bar right away and squat........stupid, just asking for an injury. Those kind of people have to stop watching/doing what the PROS are doing in thier videos.
