decide.... i dont agree... everyone ive seen your picss and i dont think you have bad genetics at all.
when i started training i had 13 inch arms when i first stepped into the gym what I'm trying to stress is sometimes you have to woork effing hard to realise your genetic potential.
I used to go to the gym at 7pm and stay there till closing time 10 pm just working arms yrs later ive put over 6+ inches on my arm no diet no 6 meals a day no drugs nothing just hard and i do mean hard training. Can you say honestly that your traning hardI do all the excecises people hate to do . do you do heavy deadlifts weighted chins , weighted dips,squats and front squats
barbell rows heavy dumbell presses??? or do you just go into the gym like i see a lot of guys doing hit the pulldown machine for back cable rows , or for shoulders hit the shoulder press machine???
for me working out heavy and hard is a part of my life balance ... my primary goal isnt to get big , its to get stronger and enjoy the feeling of lifting weight this is something i will do till im dead , lot of guys only work out for summer. To paraphrase genetics for hard training is not just physical its mental as well.

coleman never had to train half as hard as he did but he had the best genetics and he trained the hardest.
