They certainly can't campaign on their records, they can't campaign on the heels of any Obama energy, they can't campaign against many of their opponents when their opponents are saying what the people want to hear, so there left with go after Palin.

That is what they are reduced to doing. They can't run on their "accomplishments" since most of what they did was against the wishes of the majority.  Over the past year they have blamed Bush, attacked Karl Rove, attacked the Chamber of Commerce and Palin. They have gone as far as making it about race by telling Hispanics to "punish their enemies".

The Democratic Party has always been a sad group.
