Rafael Vera is now on these pics 65, one of the best boddies somebody has seen at that age.

Rafael has been Mr España several times senior and master; Europe Champion, World Champion... . In 2007 compiting like senior was 2nd at 80 kgs class in Spain Championships... at 62...

On Dec 2010, Rafael will be in Turkey for Masters World Championships IFBB 2010 to try to get the +60 class again.

I wonder what his training looks like at his age? He probably has to be a whole lot more careful and be stricter with form due to the frailness of his body. Not to mention the injuries he might have accumulated during his lifetime.
