4.6 is ok Sev...I ran 4.4 when I was 185 and played football and ran track...What is the race of the said individual...Yes, that matters alot.

4.3 here.  I was a 185-lb cornerback.  

The funny part is that there's these two white girls who think that each of them can beat me in a sprint. 

I fully intend to bust that ass this winter.

lol...When I was in the military, and was 240lbs, fellas would make fun and on occasion I'd bet them I'd beat them in a race...they'd laugh at me and I would proceed to beat the ever loving shit out of them...Speed is a gift you have it or you don't you can get faster but guys with natural gifts will always be better....I was a running back and I was a bad SOB I just didn't like football as a job...it became not fun..

And that part is only getting worse for D1/D2 athletes.

I could never crack 4.3 : (

HS hit 4.4's @ 210-225 tailback/ Safety ran third leg 4x100 and 100. Dropped to 195 in college for corner and tailback...same speed....never hit 4.3....I hate you fast bastards  ;D ;D
