The Situation on the cover of Men's Fitness
« on: November 03, 2010, 01:56:53 PM »
lol, his shitty physique has made him a millionare in less time than it took any pro bodybuilder, ever  ::)

The Situation's 8 Fit Rules

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is serious about his fitness routine. Check out his rules for keeping fit.

1) Eat every few hours. Aim for six small meals per day—three meals and three protein shakes.

2) Drink tons of water.

3) Choose lean proteins, fruits, and veggies whenever you can.

4) Get six to eight hours of sleep. "Sleep is when your body grows and repairs itself," he says.

5) Avoid simple carbs and junk calories, including condiments like mayo and jelly.

6) Approach fitness as a longterm lifestyle, not an instant transformation. Be dedicated, patient, and work hard for it.

7) Make working out your No. 1 commitment, because it builds the confidence and discipline you need to succeed in every domain of your life.

8) Give yourself one "cheat day" per week when you can eat whatever you want and recover from your training.

Brutal giraffe neck.

The sad thing is, this clown probably takes gear to look that bad.  He should move to Vegas.  He'll fit in great.

What's funny is that he probably doesn't even follow that "advice".

Its probably just reprinted muscle&fitness material as always.

not for nothing but give the guy credit for making his "abs" famous

the operative word being "making" as in it was all his consistent promotion that made them famous not the fact that they are anything more than above average

I give him credit for making money out of almost nothing. The guy was just a regular person from who knows where and now he is famous and increasing his bank account.

and he is smart enough to cash in now while the "getting" is good

he might not be as smart a guy with a Harvard degree but the guy is making more money than a good amount of Harvard graduates

For the next 3 months.....and then?

He's already made millions.

Lets say he makes 15 million net when it's all said and done. That's 350k per year for the next 50 years..without investing a dime.

I believe he brought in 5 million last year. If it all ended today, that's 100k per year for the next 50 years...

The truth is, he's likely to make 20 million before he's no longer popular. The shows going to be valid for at least 2 more years

hahaha yeah, "The Situation" comes across like a guy to me who knows how to invest his money wisely in the long term. 2 years from now that guy is sitting in front of Wal Mart begging for dimes.

I can remember like it was yesterday a guy from the first season of Big brother in Germany who became a major superstar in the whole country (the concept was brand new), made I think 35 mill within a year (movie leading role, several Singles + Album, tons of endorsement deals, own TV show,....). Back then you made shitloads of money with stuff like that, that was the pre-internet age. Few years later that guy was dead broke again, working as a mechanic like he used to and sleeping in his parents garage.
