2010 IFBB Sacramento Pro - Contest info and results

Going to be a good contest, 190+ NPC Competitors, 14 IFBB Pro Bikini competitors, and 19 IFBB Men's Bodybuilding 202lbs and under competitor.  

Event will be held at the Crest Theatre, 1013 K Street, Sacramento, CA 95814

Host Hotel is the Courtyard Sacramento Airport Natomas, 2101 River Plaza Drive, Sacramento, CA 95833

All NPC Check in is at the Host Hotel from 2 to 9pm on Friday, November 5th.   NPC Bodybuilders may also check in on Saturday, November 6th at 8:15am in the morning at the Crest Theater.

IFBB Women's Bikini Check in is at 6pm Friday evening at the Host Hotel. IFBB Men's 202 and Under is at 6:30pm Friday evening at the Host Hotel.

Some of you wish, but these girls train and diet harder than 95% of you guys, look great, and can kick some ass.   

IFBB Sacramento Pro cotnest were fun, overall day was extremely long, with 180 NPC competitors competing and 32 IFBB Pros.   I, for one, am happy at the mix of pro bikini and pro bodybuilding, makes the evening quite entertaining.

Stan McQuay still maintains that he is "Natural..."



I've been told by some of his competitors that there is no doubt he is indeed natural.



If so, he has some of the best genetics a man can have.

but please dont be dishonest..............t hey dont train hard, nor do they diet hard

using bodybuilding as the barometer.........the hard training and hard dieting bodybuilding required...........is exponentially more difficult then what is required for bikini



bikini is a beauty contest.......if you a pretty girl with implants...........who cuts out the junk food, walks on the treadmill a couple times a week, and trains the circuit once in a while.............you are gonna do wonders in bikini

and im sorry..........as a bodybuilder...........i dont consider that hard work

i can guarentee you, 100,000%.........as soon as the sun will rise tomorrow

that stan mcquay not only uses steroids, he uses a LOT of steroids, as well as a lot of growth hormone
