Is it Prohibited to Post Abour Racial Issues Here?

By the way, is it prohibited to post on GOSSIP & OPINIONS on race related issues (if the said post has the potential to be offensive to members of a particular race)?

A while ago a female member started a thread about blacks, which I think was deleted or moved. Was it really? If so WOOOOW. Practically everything can be talked about here and people call each other names and even the mothers of others names, but no racial issues o be discussed?

Is this the only thing prohibited here?
