Never followed a routine for more than a few days.
One minute its giant sets, next it's heavy compounds, powerlifting, Olympic lifts, Volume, H.I.T
Same with diet, In the space of 2 weeks i'll probably try fasting, high carb, keto, 3 meals, 6 meals, etc.
I'm impulsive and far too impatient. This results in almost zero progress physique wise.
