True.  At least he had a waist.   I have seen him  speaking about his Canadian (I think) bodybuilding group in a video or two and he seemed polite,  sincere and enthusiastic about what he was trying accomplish.  Never met him, but of the druggies I think his physique was among the very best.

a good lat sprad pose is more difficult then one would think


poor paul labored to hold a one arm bicep shot.........he woudl shake and strain, looked uncomfortable

Right...he looked uncomfortable, he didn't look like his heart was in it. Lets face it, most losers like me spend our teenage years mastering every pose in the mirror before bed. I don't think Paul ever suffered that.

Paul has what seems to be a huge bodybuilding and fit fig federation.  He seems like a smart guy that has finally been able to build a rival to the ifbb.  It dsnt get a lot of coverage in the bb mags but it has a lot of members

People mk fun of some of these old pros for holding on to the dream for way too long.  Paul cmpltly reinvented himself.   I give the dude props.   Btw his segment in the BFTO video in 98 was sick.    He was peeled huge tall and had crazy legs.  I dnt think his back is bad either
