i got pulled over in Mexico a little over a year ago......the police said i was drunk which is why they pulled me over.....i was in a US government marked vehicle with 7 other guys....they told us for $50 a piece we weren't drunk....lives were threatened...after it was all said and done...we drove off....with all of our money intact...

I've always been told if they try to bribe you just pull out your gun,  I guess a lot of these guys in the border towns aren't even carrying loaded pieces.

they have bullets.....but the level of training is the same as anybody else that has never handled a weapon...if you pull a gun, they usually run away...
