True, he posted on Ironage a couple years ago you can find those posted if you google them. He said the longest he ever workout a single body part was back and it was 2 hours but he said that this was not normal for him. He did do more than one body part a day and usually went home rested and came back to finish. He did eat one big a day which was in the evening and this was when he was preparing for a contest. He would eat up to 6 pounds of horse meat a day with some rice or beans. I'm not sure if he ate any smaller meals during the day, but the way he talked if he did it was a very small one. He only ate like this when he was training for a show. He did no cardio, but he did one hour a day 7 days of week of sit ups not sure what kind.
He said that he was capable of BP 495, but he said in his own words that he NEVER lifted heavy and he always used the same amount of weight on an exercise and he did 6 sets of 12 on almost everything and from the way he talked he used the same weight on all sets. There is a ton of good stuff he wrote on some of the boards.
