pretty much every scan of a vintage mag you find on bbing websites came from musclememory.com.  I scanned over 3000 mags almost 10 years ago, and granted them a Creative Commons license.  I have no problem people using my pics.  its the slapping of their logo or url on it that bothers me.

That's the internet for you lol look at Muscletime and that rip-off who stole ALL of their pics and replaced them with their logo

I've seen hundreds of pics I scanned on other sites I even helped out of few but people watermark them as their own , what are you gonna do?
