Looking for strongman workout

Been lifting for awhile, but I'm new to this type of workout. Could someone point me in the right direction?

There is no great template out there but there are a couple ways of going about it.
Some use a westside/events training hybrid schedule. It goes something like:
Monday - speed lower/max upper
Wednesday - speed upper/max lower (these days are interchangeable depending on your preference)
Saturday - Events day
That is obviously a lot of max work for one week, but it works great for the couple months before a show.
Others tend to simply do a 4-5 day schedule where gym lifts are the main focus and events are scattered in with appropriate muscle groups. You can use a log on shoulder day, side handle DL on leg or back day, and you get the point.
