The scariest rapper at the moment would be most of them.  Anyone with an IQ under 90, is a scary individual to me.
Today's youth drives the market, so the dumber/harder you are perceived to be, the more your music sells.  Oh, plus a catch 2 bar beat, which a 5th grader could make on a Casio.
"50 cent was shot 9x."  I could careless if that dumb shit was beaten as a child and butt raped in jail, doesn't make him any more of a "musician".
Hell, most adults couldn't even tell you who great musicians of today are, no less a child in high school.
MTV knows there market though and they sell image well.
