It was very cool too meet Jay in person over here in the Netherlands. He took the time to answer questions, take pictures and simply have some fun with the fans. I can't remember I've ever shook hands his size before, they were BIG like baseball gloves (I didn't realize the drastic effect of HGH before).
acvtualy,,jason hands are small for a man,,many bodybuilding females have same size hands as him,,he has small hands ,,meaty thick but small,,thats the reason i keep telin you his genetic is very average and he did something very big by winning the o few times,, he took so much gh and yes his hands got big as in thick and meaty sausage like fingers,,but his hands were never large big,,v eery average for international standards and SMALL for american male,,more like asian size+ hands to begin with
