i think some low risk offenders might have limited internet acces

but i dont think convicted murders do


but it probably varies from state to state, and institutioni to institution..........so take my word with a grain of salt

No, they're not allowed.  The supposed reasoning is that there would be too much scamming, collaborating, message transferring, etc.

i wish the best for craig.......i think that murder was a lot more kelly, then craig

what guy just decides to kill some girl he is banging............there was threesome.....then kelly found out they were bangin when she wasnt there,,,,,,,,,and in drug-fueled jealously, she wanted her dead

i hope craig gets out sooner then later

Agreed, I hung out with Craig a little bit when he was at the (now defunct) Toronto Pro years ago, he was a prick but he was alright..

I think Kelly had a lot more to do with it as well

Will she go back to competing in fitness when she is released?

She is the same age as Adela (38), so it's certainly possible.

it's insane how in a few months of incarceration he went from being 260+ shredded to 170lbs skinny/fat
