Caste System
« on: November 11, 2010, 07:02:06 AM »
The caste system in the USA is as follows:

1st caste: Politicians and elected officials. They enjoy the highest degree of legal protection and privilege for life (as long as they “play the game” properly).

2nd caste: Government/Law Enforcement. They generally live comfortable lives with secure lifetime income at the expense of the 3rd caste. They also enjoy significant legal protection.

3rd caste: US private citizens. This is the labor caste. Their work is responsible for all economic productivity. Every other caste is dependent on the taxes extorted from them.

4th caste: Inmates. This consists almost entirely of members of the 3rd caste who were demoted by members of the 2nd caste acting under the laws made by the 1st caste.

missing the corporations and international bankers at the top.  no place for them in that layout and they clearly have the most influence/control on all of those listed

Agreed!  I don't know who wrote this.  It was sent to me via email.

Don't agree with 1st caste.  Doesn't account for term limits.  Politicians who get thrown out of office.  Part-time legislators.

I agree with the 4th caste.

Although not necessarily caste, here are my top/most privileged jobs in the country:

1.  Federal judge.  Lifetime appointment.  Decent salary.  No boss.  Extremely powerful.

2.  Former President.  Lifetime secret service protection.  Enormous earning potential through books and speaking fees.  Free travel?

3.  Tenured professor.  (See no. 1).  Plus summers off.

4.  NFL kicker.  Doesn't get hit.  Doesn't break a sweat.  Plays all of five minutes or less.  High six or seven figure salary.  Would be no. 1 if not for the stigma.
