It is one of the biggest, most idiotic scams ever. People go on a very low caloric diet, pin HCG and tout it as a miracle diet. All this is, is just fat losers who actually commit to restricting their caloric intake. All they need is structure and consistency. There IS no magic diet but these fat fucks are convinced.
When someone talks about diets as stupid as the HCG diet it seriously makes me want to smash their face in with a cast iron frying pan (no roid rage).
