I saw this asian dude in the gym 2 days ago. And hes form was LITTARLY perfect. never seen such god form. (squat)

I almost ALMOST went up to him just to say that lol. (no homo)

Haha, a couple months ago I was deadlifting 135 (it was a warm up shut up) and this dude comes up to me and is like "that's perfect form right there."  Easy to have perfect form with 135 haha.

haha omg I'm not sure whats funnier that guy actually whipping the weight off - that was hilarious - him taking his ass off the bench - that was good too.
But by far the best part was when his spotter doesn't help him and the weight is just sliding off hahah what a douchbag :D

Levrone never had an 'off season'. Would only train leading to a contest. Came off all drugs after a contest as well.
