god,

I wanted to ask you this question and i hope its not a redundant one.

i have noticed the physiques of today even at local level come into shows with ripped glutes.  is this due to the use of dnp? or something else? i see many with their glutes in but other bodypats not ripped. what is this about? can you explain this? have you noticed this yourself?

is dnp a factor at all in obtaining the condition for ripped glutes?

the high doses gh ,,or low doses it really dont matter it depend how much lean muscle you got on you in addition to the diet ,,get ones ripped glutes,,the diet is more strict why? because you got gh in system with the aas,,the ability to have gh in system let you diet very hard with out losing muscle and actually gaining muscle,,and thus ripping your glutes

Much better ways? Define "much better". 250mgsx10 days (plus eca) cut over 9lbs which I have kept off. I can't imagine anything working better. It melted fat on my lower back and inner thighs that I had spent months trying to get rid of.

If by better you mean safer, yes..If by better you mean faster hell no...DNP is fucking king of kings with fat burning...no other compound will allow you to lose up 5lbs of pure fat per week while eating carbs all day...

Can you imagine?  10lbs of pure fat in 14 days and you don't have to starve yourself?

mike, was the heat from the dnp to brutal to do cardio, or were you able to do it still? also did you lift during this time?

BTW folks, Mike took a very low dose...The usual doses I see and hear are 400 and 600...the thing about DNP is that it has a cumulative affect...there in lies the danger....

Day 1 I didn't feel much, day 2 I started to get really warm. Felt kind of crappy. Day 3 and 4 it just progressed until day 5. Day 5 I was super hot, I was basically panting all day long, I mean if you sat next to me I was breathing like I was walking though I was sitting still. I felt really shitty, like if I laid down at times I would really worry I had the flu or something similar. It wasn't a pleasant feeling at all.

Yeah I did cardio every single day, some days twice but I was taking eca 3x per day. Training with weights-forget about it. Cardio sure, walking that is. Anything more forget it.

My diet flat out sucked. I got just the most maddening carb cravings EVER. At least 3 times I put down probably a gallon of ice cream in one sitting in the 10 day period.

Drinking on dnp sucks, I had a few shots of vodka on day 9 and felt really really bad. DO not recommend.

Fruit makes you feel fantastic, if i had to do it again (and I will) I would eat fruit for carbs almost all of the time.

I did an hour walking in the mornings and 30-40 min walking at night. On days 7 8 9 I could not do the walk at night, I would just lay down and-lay there.

Didn't really sweat all that bad, but my dose was low. Buddy ran 500 the duration and was bitching constantly about how bad he was sweating and what not.

It smells. Like you get this smell in your nose you cannot get rid of, it makes your clothes smell too. But, bodyfat loss here goes. WHen I started I was about 208, by day 4 I was down to 202. A few days after running it I was down to 194. Now, that's probably not typical to say the least, but it's what is possible with a decent diet, hard work, dnp and eca and cardio twice a day. Today I hit the gym after a 3 week layoff and was 201.8, yesterday I was 202.5. So, after 3 weeks of not working out and eating junk food I am still way below my starting point. It definitely caused some type of changes to my physiology though I am not sure what.

Will def run again, december probably (after classes) and run 500x10.  Trust me, the bf loss, it's crazy, like my thighs hips lower abs etc had fat taken off that NOTHING had been able to do before. It's a miracle.

No I do not sell it nor will I procure it for anyone. But I will comment on how it worked. Any other questions ask away.

The half life being 36 hours like was stated if you screw around with the dosages a couple days later you will be sorry.

I experimented taking at diff times of day, I highly recommend around 6pm assuming you go to bed at 10pm. This way you get hot and lethargic, lay down and go to sleep. MAKE SURE to down 1/2 gallon of water right before you crash and have another 1/2 gallon next to your bed. From my experience, it takes about 4 hours to really feel the cap you took, then the heat is killer 6-8 hours then it subsides. So night time dosing is optimal in my opinion. This way you cook while you sleep, wake up sweaty towel off and the lethargy will not be too bad and you can do cardio, workout, go to work.school, you know be somewhat normal.

If you have never run dnp and decide to try it, longer lower dosing is best. I stuck with 250 x 10, I might go as high as 300 for a first timer but no more. Trust me, the feeling is not pleasant, easy to freak out or what have you. It's not fun, but it's crazy crazy effective. I would say every day on dnp is equal to 5-7 days on eca with a strict diet and cardio maybe even more.

The interesting thing about dnp is that because it acts on body temperature your system sees this spike in body temp and vital for life and thus will sacrifice fat first and foremost. What I mean is, your body stores fat for what? To maintain life in a calorie deficit. What is the #1 thing we burn calories on? Body temperature. Thus increased energy demands via and increase in body temp will access stored bodyfat right away. From what I have read, DNP strongly prefers stored fat to meet it's energy needs. And even a small dose like I took is the equivalent of doing moderate cardio 24x7. I really do mean the effect is like doing cardio ALL DAY LONG. It's a very interesting compound it really is. I also am fairly certain it has the ability to unlock stubborn fat and that, once unlocked, this fat gets burned away and does not come back. Not easily at least. Because before dnp, I had a VERY hard time getting down even to 210 (I am 5ft9) and as recently as july I was 220's. A day or two of bad eating and I would balloon up 6-8-10 lbs right away. Fast forward and three weeks straight I did not train and ate total crap and the heaviest I got was 202.8. I mean, that is pretty significant- I am not putting weight back on like I used to. At all. Interesting shit...

yup. pretty spot on.

however, i sweated like a pig every time i tried it no matter the dose- i stripped all the sheets off of my bed and slept on bath towels, which i had to change twice at least thru the night.

and also when eating. the minute i injested carbs sweat would be dripping off of my nose. it was ridiculous.

but for me the lethargy was the worst. it felt like i was labouring just to walk, like i was walking with 3/4 of my body submerged in water.

but was it worth the sides? for me, no. i'd rather add 4 weeks to a prep than use it again. the sides were just to intolerable.

Try with ECA, it pretty much kills the lethargy and gets rid of at least some of the blues. Trust me, ECA is the game changer.

dude- the lethargy is bad eh?! its like a sleep deprived/ carb deprived/ been up for 24 hours kind of lethargy. every step you take takes an unreal amount of effort. lol

what were your doses and the duration?  Did you use ECA?  That helps combat the lethargy...Also for those that decide to try...you'll need t-3 at a light dose say, 50mcg...because it severely lowers your thyroid level after about a week, depending on the dosages of course...

then i tried it again the same way. and got the same results.

the last time i ran it 20 days at 200mg per. this was what i found the most tolerable. notice i didnt say enjoyable.

also when i did it this was like 6-7 years ago. the dnp i had was yellow. it would stain whatever it touched. turned all your body fluids yellow, including your load. very strong stuff. from what i understand today dnp isnt as strong as back then, so a heavier dose may be more tolerable than when i did it.
