Please critique my deadlift form. (youtube vid)

I've only been doing deadlifts a week or so and I'm trying to get the form right before I start trying heavy weights. Obviously I'm not an experienced lift, just a fat guy trying to get back in shape. Sorry I couldn't get the feet, the mirrors don't go down that low. Please let me know where to improve. Thanks.

I would but I don`t think it will help you, you look a lil like a lost case.Besides with all your new threads you are becoming a new tallgerman and I`m very pissed about tallgerman  ;D
