I disagree. When YOU'VE put as much as Phil has into anything and just keep coming close time after time then we'll talk. Push yourself to that level and see what it does to you.

I think you misunderstood me...those bad comments were for Kai, not Phil...Phil handles himself with class...Kai did not this time...I'm becoming a bigger Phil fan based on his character...Kai is a little to eccentric or perhaps something are better left unsaid in his case...Lots of people get placings they don't deserve and have reacted in better ways than Kai....Jay kept getting 2nd to Coleman for years did you see him act this way?  Hell even Shawn Ray the biggest little whiner when he was competing never avoided all contact....When you are an athlete on this level in bodybuilding, you have responsibility to act in a professional manner especially towards you fans...True character is judged when people aren't at their best...It's easy to be nice and smile when you win...

Well, considering he's probably saving and investing all the money he's getting, why move now? He is living in a modest home. No Aston Martins, maybe Mr. eccentric has stock in other things, like he he want to play with you anymore.

Well said Wiggs.

I don't know....but kai is always talking about bodybuilding like it's some kind of huge thing and has abig importance for the world as a whole. seriously, his commentary is always very strange and I find it very hard to listen to.

these guys are so egocentric...

yeah I agree and I understand bodybuilding is important to him but his interviews are always weird. I mean this is bodybuilding, it's about using massive amounts of drugs...it's not like he is a doctor in africa who is doing something meaningful for someone else.

very strange  dude.

I have much more respect for the average guy on the street who has a normal job and is taking care of his family than some guy who is 40 years old and spending thousands of dollars on drugs. these guys need to grow up.

You are a fan of bodybuilding right? Or else you wouldn't be here.

Yes I am a fan of bodybuilding?

And what does that have to do with anything?

You're on here promoting a video with a grown man comparing losing a bodybuilding show to losing a loved one?

A guy who'd rather spend 20,000 on illegal drugs and chicken breast than moving out of the projects.

A guy who rightfully loses a competition then runs outside and lies on the sidewalk like a 5yr old.

Thanks for the preview. I for one will not be buying this video!

Your memory is as poor as you are fat. Reminder: I was there long before you, son.

Oh, and don't bother to answer.. it'll just end like so many times before; you disappearing for weeks from boards to fill yourself with comfort food.

Oh no! Guess I won't be buying that Hummer after all! LOL! It's not for sale! It's a online update.

What I mean is it makes me laugh when dudes who spend their free time on a BODYBUILDING forum try to dis the sport by describing it as "oiled naked men in thongs". You like to look at oiled naked men in thongs or else you wouldn't f**kin be here!! LOL!

Start posting on skateboarders forum if you don't like oiled men in thongs!! Seriously!

"Dis the sport" HAHAHAHAHA! LOL!

Ok let me get this straight, what was the subject of your video wearing??

A thong pulled tightly into his ass crack and he was covered in oil?? How am I "dissing" the sport??

Check out the thread on frank zane below. I dont "dis" bodybuilding. But that video you posted isnt bodybuilding. Its far from it.

What I dont have any respect for is a grown man kicking and screaming on the street after losing a bodybuilding competition acting as if his world is ending. You dont think its sad for someone to define themselves by how they are judged by a panel of individuals and how their body looks? I do.

Now this is bodybuilding.

The thing I notice about a lot of the old school guys is how they used to hold their poses for more than a couple of milliseconds. These guys today just fire off one shot after another, not holding their poses long enough to display their development properly. Maybe they think no one will notice their distended GH guts if they keep moving, lol...

And even though I usually looked for inspiration from guys like Arnold or Lou back in the day, Zane was the one I Identified with the most. Since I have  a small bone structure and ectomorphic tendencies overall, Zane's physique seemed somewhat attainable.

I think Zane probably has the most desirable physique of any bodybuilder ever.

Its pretty complete from head to toe.
