God of all hormones,
I'm about to start a cycle of GH (6 ius ED) + Test (500mg EW) + Tren A (75mg EOD) + EQ (300mg EW).
I'm coming back after a layoff so I'm currently sitting at 186, 12-15%. MY question is, how many calories would you suggest I eat to fully maximize the hormones? And then, how would you break those calories down into protein & carbs & fat?

start gh by itself with out other hormones remain on it 30-60 days
push in hormones
increase eq to 600mg
increase test to 750mg-1 gram
tren is ok
eat whatever you want it wont matter youll grow lean ,,keep high protien high carbs!! low to moderate fat
you shoudl see yourself gettign leaner to begin with down to around 10%
aftert intiial 2 months on gh add in the other hormones and you shoudl see the mutation coming every month there after ,,
after 4 months you should be a walking bodybuilder at 220 8-9% with very wide round delts and more of a squary look to the torso which means you getting down into the mid single digit area around 7-8%
after 6 months you can do nationals even with average genetic respond since youre on gh and every one on gh grow lean ,,
later on try to take gh at over 10 units so you can see what it means 250 260 at single digits ,,you cant get there at low dose gh ,,2-6 iu gh is good for 220-240 at single digit
