It's not hard to notice he lost some size but that's no wonder with only 3 meals per day and 1-2 training sessions per week.

I'm worried if he can win the big O in 2011...
He puts so much effort on other things right now. But I guess it's no1 priority for him now to cash it out as much as possible.

Jay is back in business in January, so he has plenty of time to prepare. I think it's wise not to train 5x/week, eat 6000 cals/day and use high dosages for the whole year. That puts too much stress on the body and his mind, he's still a human.
