he should never have added as much muscle mass as he did,, also need to work on posing  :D ,.,..

yes,, and overall focus to get bodyweight very high,, both competitive weight and weight he sat at in the offseason ,, his physique was disquliafied the second he got pregnant,, also lack in seperation and detail of the phsyque ,,..

In that video thats old school conditioning right there.

Before he was ruined by insulin.

You can tell Slin ruined Dennis by how smooth he was looks now compared to the grainy, hard, dry, seperated look he had there.

Slin has ruined all these guys nowadays. Its a shame.

these guys who are under 5'10 all look better at max of 235lbs or so..many times less than soo... after that all goes to shit,, conditioning, huge tummy, overall look of shit,,,.

IMO 90% of pro's looked better when they were top amateurs. I few of them peaked 2-3 years after they turned pro, but most of them turn to shit towards the end of their careers.
