Before I knew about pro bodybuilding I thought his physique was one of the ultimates you could possess in terms of human development and I set out to emulate it. Now when I look back and see his movies now I can't believe how small he actually was.

I still can't do the splits though so he's got that over me.

I love how when Van Damme closes his eyes while in contact with Fedor, it immediately takes you back to the movie Bloodsport, when he closes his eyes during the main match (After being blinded by baby powder) only to go back in time within his mind to the days of his training with his sensai.

For a second there, I was taken back to this part of the movie..
