For me it's a case by case basis. Normally I don't dig it, but some can pull it off. Halle Berry can pull it off quite well for instance. Not a lot of chicks can. Most of the time though when a girl chops off her nice, long hair, my reaction is "what the fuck?" And short hair just makes fat chicks look fatter...  :(

Meh if a person is good looking hair won't change shit. Chicks that are actually hot look good either way. Chicks like lady gaga or kim mudshark would never last a day with horse nosed faces.

A chick's hot if she's not reliant on hair, to me it's the same as looking good naked, looking good in clothes don't mean shit.
