I have a thread about this in the G&O board. Anderson is the UFC middle-weight champ and Sogun is the light-heavyweight champ. If either Fedor or Overeem went to the UFC, PRIDE fighters would own three of the UFC division belts. If that is not an indicator of how far superior PRIDE is, then I don't know what is.

Anderson is not a "Pride" fighter.  He had a handful of fights there.  Most of his fights are UFC fights.

And, Quinton didn't win shit.  He himself doesn't believe he won the fight ::)

One interesting comment Rampage made at the press conference.  He makes more money in the UFC than he ever made with Pride...lol.

And, just so you guys know, the UFC ate up and shit out Pride.  They no longer exist.  Live with it biatches :)

rampage also said he misses pride, funny how you forget to mention that

the judges said rampage won, they are the only ones that count and you know it

rampage thought he beat rashad but you'll still say "haha he lost to a tuf fighter" ::)

So now we are going by what a fighter says after the fight, not the result? Does this rule apply to everyone except the people that Fedor fights? ::)

Did GSP win or lose his first fight with BJ? Just curious on what you think. How about Rashad and Thiago Silva? Winning one round big and losing two rounds by a little still means you lost the fight.

Hope this helps.

he ignores werdum and most fighters calling Mr. Emelianenko the best fighter in the world ::)

MindSpin is nothing more than a Zuffa zombie. He even said that he wants MMA to be ruled by an UFC monopoly so that we can have "unified titles" even though a monopoly benefits everyone but the consumer. After the Zuffa monster destroys Strikeforce and DREAM in Japan, it will have no competitors left at all except for Brazilian MMA scene which doesen't count since it's only watched by Brazilians, and then it will be able to charge as much as it wants from consumers and exploit as much as it wants the fighters since both fighters and consumers will have no where to turn. The Zuffa monster wins and everyone elses lose.

Earl, I can't believe we are agreeing so much on MMA. For me, PRIDE will always bring back memories of my youth and the golden age of MMA. Fedor, Nogueira and Crocop in their primes, Rampage, Wandy in his prime who is my favorite fighter ever, Shogun and Overeem hinting at the monsters they would become, Sakuraba, even that psychopath Ryan Gracie brings me back good memories. The UFC sucks so badly. I hate it.

Oh brother ::)  Yes, Rampage won the fight...according to the judges.  But I guess the judges have never gotten it wrong ::)  Here is what Randy has to say about it...

Rampage also never beat Chuck twice or Igor Vovchanchyn while Igor was at HW. Those were judging errors. He also clearly lost to Ricardo Arona and the judges gave him a gift against Dan Henderson.  On top of that, Jardines beat him 3-0 on my score card; the judges gave him a gift there was well.   Randy is the perfect guy to make such a judgment call. He clearly beat Brandon Vera when they fought.

now that the UFC is expanding to 7 divisions Dana really should make a statement and cut Jackson and Machida for being two of the most boring fighters in the company...

I don't know what Rampage is getting paid these days, but it's way too much...

The UFC should really cut two former champions ranked in the top 5 of their weight class with a combined 14-4 record in the octagon.

Now Rashad, he's a real heart attack to watch. Not boring in the least.
