Showering at the gym.

Alright here goes live close to my gym, always just waited to walk home and shower. However would like to be able to go to gym between classes. So does showering at the gym actually work. I mean it takes me a while too cool down. Or should I just wait a bit before showering.

I workout at home so no shower issues here. A power rack, bench and 700+lbs of free weights. Too time consuming to head down to a gym. I'm lucky if I have 5 min a day free as it is.

and second of all im the same way i usually workout a good ways from my house and sometimes hit the sauna after...I would have my seat smelling like ass with the dried sweat

Well I live within walking distance of the gym I go to, so I don't have to worry about putting on clean clothes or getting in a car, I just walk back here and shower.

i just wear sweats and put the same ones back on w/t-shirt over my workout shirt.....helluva lot better than the nasty gym showers.

if I train 2 times a day, I don't shower at the gym when I go after work tho, I'll wait till I get home.

Haha, at my gym people will (or used to; it just closed) often use the toilet without flushing it.  I am not sure what sort of mental disorder you need to engage in this behavior but I hope I never have it.
