Shit, i do lately i binge a lot... dont know why it started after my last comp which was 5 months ago... i binge like a fat fuck. thank god im not getting too fat.

not me, I eat 3 times per day. i used to eat more frequently but it just stresses you out.  8)

Only when I used go get high...I'd go to the grocery store and buy about $50.00 in groceries come home, eat a shit load of it and get pissed the next day when I saw my freezer filled with ice cream, frozen White Castle Burgers and other shit...Never again... :-X

I do 2-3 times a week now that I got lean and my metabolism is racing.

I even dropped the t3 last week and it doesn't even mather.

but I will stop the binges in january after the holidays, when I start the diet for real  8)
