Gimmicks - Let's clean them up and get rid of them

Ron...

1) Freeze new registrations
2) Check all IP's post the count of Gimmicks with the original owner in Owning thread
3) Make Alex and other Gimmick members choose - correction delete all accounts that Alex has and put Alex in TO for at least a month.
