Cook large batches or chicken, beef, pork and potatoes/rice, make meals into tupperware and put them in a freezer. It's really easy, large batches of meat are easy to make in the oven and spuds/rice simply by boiling, takes 0 effort, also night before your going to work take your "next morning meals out to defrost" and if you want them to taste "fresh" take some pickled veggies with you to work and some sauces...
