The second amendment they're always going after it. The Assault weapons ban created during the Clintron era. The Brady gun control group. Mexican citizens aren't allowed to own an AK or an ar15. They can have a bolt gun in a caliber no higher then .308. I'm not postive on all the details on this. Things might have turned out different if he had a nice ar15 with red dot.

Bench has more guns than the Sultan of Brunei has cars, and you think he is complaining about this? My Uncles have always had hunting rifles and such around their the house, and they live in rural VA, and they have never talked about the "government taking away guns", like anything mechanical today,  laws become stricker as time goes by....air bags in cars, seat belts, so and so forth

The heightened fear of the taking away of the 2nd amendment is what the repubs do...to elicit a kneejerk reaction...but none of the laws mentioned didn't pass with no repub support. And furthermore, how would one even enforce the 2nd amendment being taken away? You can't, there would be such a fight, and the fact that there are soo many guns out there that it would well nigh impossible.

You have very strict gun control already, believe it or not. Where in the States can a man walk casually with a gun in his hand and not get the cops called. Yeah, that's gun control right there.
