reminds me when I lived on Balbola Blvd. In Newprt Beach. The 3 college guys who lived above us were having a party that night ,so the put up an Orange parachute so the police helicopters could not see in. But never thought when the night came and the lights came on , that it glow orange and every law enforcements attention.
