Not so sure I am; would any Pro's care to share their wrist sizes with us, then we can compare with normal.

The average wrist size for a male is right at 7"; my theory is that most Pro's are going to be larger than 7" and that hardly any will be smaller.  (possible exceptions for those of very short stature, under 5'6")

Thats not really true. Robby Robinson had small bones. Arnold was not big boned. Its the guys who can pack muscle onto the smaller bone structure who are impressive. Too big of bones and you start looking like a powerlifter.

I am 6'2" and my wrists measure about 8.25" and I weigh 245. My wrists weren't always this big. When I started training I only weighed 155 at 6'1" at 17. BG, I am curious, what do you weigh if you don't mind me asking?

Its true hands and feet grow while on GH. Most people complain of swollen feeling in there hands and growing out of their shoes. Also teeth grow on a lot of users. There have been some people who have even had wisdom teeth start to regrow after they had them removed years ago.

Its a very strange hormone, and can be dangerous.

As for pulumbo's big feet, i don't think that could possibly be from fake GH  ;D

years of lifting will make your hands grow.  Same thing with any job that is reliant on hand strength.  I know the older guys at the shop that have been turning wrenches for 15+ years all have humongous hands in proportion to normal people, with sausage finvers.  Thumbnails bigger around than quarters.

all bones grow in response to the stresses they recieve.  takes 7 years for a bone to completely regenerate itself 100%.  The newer bone mass is thicker and stronger if the stresses demand it.

ever see a hockey players ankles and shins?  Friggin huge.

The late Andre the Giant @ 7' 4" 500+ lbs had a wrist measurement of 11"
His upper arm measurement of 21" made his arm look "normal"

Yes I do.  He also had an upper arm measurement of 27" at one time.  His hands were enormouse.  You literally had to wrestle his thumb to have a chance.

Something that didn't shrink earlier in the year when Gunter slimmed down for his acting work were his hands.  It's honestly probably the only sign Gunter shows from his GH use - no distention, no GH gut, and no facial changes.

Hey, that's me in the background & look, it's Big Mike Cox too.

Anyway, girlz love guyz with BIG hands but if a girl has BIG hands, forget about it....go figure. ;D

Wrong.  I'm afraid you won't be with us for final Jeopardy.

Actually, BayGBM is correct:most pros have small to average frames. A large frame is an asset in powerlifting, but a liability in bodybuilding-hich explains why Greg Kovacs is not Mr.O.

I wouldn't say that they have small or average frames but rather small or average joints. That has its advantages since it will give muscles like forearms and calves appear larger. Just as having broad shoulders gives the appearance of a smaller asthetic waist and taper.

Yes, but no matter how small your joints are, if the diameter of your bones is too much, your muscles will appear small. You'll have much larger muscles overrall-like Greg Kovacs-, but your frame will "overpower" your muscularity.

I get what you're saying about bone diameter. When you mentioned small to average "frame" in your previous post I instantly thought narrow shoulders.  And I don't know what happened to Kovacs but he looked decent at one point.

Kovacs frame is so big, that his muscles will never look big, in comparison. That's his problem.

I meant what the hell happened to him now. He didn't look as gross before. And yes he has an unusually large bone structure.

He got too big. That's what happened. He actually stepped onstage at 400 lbs, at some Canadian contest and has weighted as much as 440 lbs, on the off-season. His size is freakish even by powerlifting standards.

That guy there is the missing link. I saw him in the Weekly World News last week. He was found frozen next to a wooly mammoth.
