Hey d00dz

Whew I was scared I was out for good.

I am going to take it ez from now on and not post drunk.

I am turning over a new leaf.

I am even giving up hit and body by science and going volume all the way.

Just back from jog feel great.

he is obviously a gimmick (we all knew that)

but a gimmick that ron obviously knows


because if he was just some random guy put into timeout, ron would ahve never looked twice at the name EVER again



when ron put my METHODGNA in time out, he never thought about reactivating it............... EVER


but this guys gets a slap on the wrist for a week, put in temporary timeout


SO WHO IS THE DOUCHE??
 that ron seems to love SO much?
