Techically Jay is obese...5'8 280-300 is obese...
Obesity is not just excess bf it's excess weight 20% over your "normal" weight...although often times people that lift weights are exempt, I believe in the case of jay and Kai, they are indeed obsese....



One of the definitions of epidemic is: the rapid occurrence or spread of something....obesity qualifies...
One of the definitions of suffer is: to  tolerate or allow...this qualifies also...

Good post. And nowadays people do surgery to try to lose weight instead of doing some sport and some good diet. I can understand that it is difficult to lose weight but if you have willpower you ll achieve your goal. It's like anything in life...
