Not much to flame. You're just squatting. Post pics of you in a thong, then the flaming usually happens  :D :D

Powerlifting pro card in progress...

If you wanna succeed in bodybuilding instead, use chains. Chains my son. They make a bodybuilder. Just ask Branch  :D

Well, if you want to be a "professional" bodybuilder, you better get used to it. LOL

Looking good man. Really dense muscle there. Maybe i will see you at the national level some day. I am going next year if everything goes smoothly. What weight class are you? I can literally visualize what you would look like with 20 more pounds of muscle on you. Keep training hard. Things will work out fine.

Why do you want to be a pro bodybuilder?  What do you hope to accomplish?

Remember to do cable crossovers! Or should I say chain crossovers. They were key to make Branch successful pro.

Here Branch demonstrates how they should be done hard core style. Notice the strict form:

Don't mind Branch's clothes, he was doing a seminar at the moment and just gave us a small sneak peak to pro's life.

LOL! And QFT! Why would anyone want to be a pro bodybuilder in the current state it's in is beyond me. Hope you have a lot of money to burn because it's going to take a ton of testosterona, trenbolona, equipona, masterona and gh/insulin (plus dianabolona and anapolona cycled off and on) to get to pro level. And you're not going to fool anyone anymore.

Seriously, why? Do you have a professional career outside of bodybuilding that you can fall back on if you fail or a kidney goes out? And this has become such a reviled "sport." Muscle men to the public now inspire jokes and ridicule. Do you really like oiling up and posing in a thong hiked up your ass crack in front of schmoes that much?

good physique, but you will never be a successful pro, so the question should be asked, why be one ?  Most people who didn't think they could make a lot of money at a certain profession would look to one where they would fair better financially, get a good job, look after your health and have a long amateur career, your life will be better off for it in many ways later on.

True but ain't that little harsh...

This guy's physique looks pretty good. He will grow a lot.
Hey, who would've believed that Jay Cutler is someday 4-time Mr O when he was in his early twenties? Not me judging by pictures I have seen...
