I have to say - after reading End the Fed by RP this weekend - this is definately true.

Creature from Jekyll Island is better - but we are definately F U C K E D the way monetary policy is being handled by the FED.

I'm not sure I really believe we're "fucked" as you and some others I've discussed this with think.  This is a pretty risky move considering the global climate, however, and I'm not sure it's going to work as intended.  At least not in the people's interest.

   Since when were you of the impression that the decisions made are done so with the interests of 'the people' in mind?

Some people think the only way to make money is when the value of things increase, ....but guess what, ...it's possible for people to make a fortune when the value of things decrease as well. Win Lose or Draw, if you position yourself appropriately, you will always come out on top.

I never insinuated that I believed such, so not sure where you pulled that out from.
