it's obvious that gh15 knows bodybuilding and hormonization like the back of his hand. it's doesn't really matter if he is a pro or an amateur competitor.

while there is drug research out there, it's not directly aimed at bodybuilders so it's not surprising that we have to heavily rely on 'practical' knowledge that bodybuilders have gathered through the years.

I haven't used AAS either. would you recommend someone to start with both from day 1? or first AAS for a couple of years and then add gh? I have been training several years and I have built a solid natural foundation. I'm not looking to compete and I don't have the desire to be insanely huge, but i want to be 6-8% BF year around I want the muscle to be of very high quality. basically very lean and tight.

another question...if gh is used for a while, how long will the effects last? I assume at least some of the effects will be permanent considering it let's you add new muscle fibers (which can then be made to grow via training and AAS use).

I love training, but the gains have basically completely stopped (in terms of muscle mass) and I think that hormonization would make training even more fun than it is today; seeing the shoulders grow from within..the arms growing, everything getting tighter, leaner and more vascular, getting insane pumps during the workouts. must feel like heaven  .

  You got that one wrong. I would score an IQ of 140 on a test made for adults when I was 8 years old or so.
