let me tell you i see what all the rage is about guys
i look and feel better and my training has improved
a guy at my gym mentioned that its even better to stack the juices
whats your favorite stack?
how long did it take until you noticed favorable results?
currently i use 1 carrot, 1 stick of celery, a few pieces of pineapple, a whole apple, and some peach but lately its been hard to find good peaches at the store sometimes they have bruises on them
the pineapple is stringy and it can be a mess to clean up after but i think its worth it
