Date for posing class, Saturday 1/29/2011. Will have a 2 hour session for figure and 2 hour for bodybuilding(men and women). Everybody attending will receive a Quality Physique and Fitness Tshirt and free access to Pure Focus Sports Club in Brick, NJ for the whole weekend. Put it on your calendar and get your year started right. Its never too early to practice your posing. I would like to have a class each month going forward. More details to follow.
