"Rumor" has it he had a minor stroke that didn't completely debilitate him and allowed for the recovery of most of his motor functions with slight compromise of speech. The speech shouldn't be much of a problem, for as you can see in most his videos he always had some sort of speech impediment, so a little extra slur isn't going to detract much from his overall sloppy communication skills.

Rumor has it, he now works as a personal trainer at a Queens, NY gym called Platinum fitness. Presumably, as rumors have mentioned, on days where he has no clients, he also moonlights at the gym as their janitor.

At least he is alive and living the dream..

I feel so bad when I hear stories like this one.  In any case, how long can these guys really last from a health standpoint???  Plus what is the payoff???  No $$$ and no security. The heart attacks, strokes, and such at such young ages are so devastating because that's it.

At least he found work as a personal trainer.  Men will generally train with a guy like that and give him steady business.
