The lowest in the top 10 was 3 million.

Exactly.  99% of any ad any BB does falls under there contract and they do not get paid anything extra.  They do not get an additional fee.  Real models get a fee there agent sets.  I had an old girlfriend who was a top model in the early 80's.  She was Good Morning America and they asked her how she made and it was upwards of $10,000 a day and this was almost 30 years ago.  Nowadays they are 6 figures easy.  Real models make a hell of a lot of money when they become successful.

I don't Mike personally but I do know what his minimum monthly fee is for sponsorship from a company cause I was negoaiting with him at one time about being our spokesperson for the Golds Gym supplement line which I brought to Golds back in 1998 or so.  At the time it was $5000 a month for both him and his wife Midyah(?).  We declined.  I do have a feeling that is what he was getting paid by most of his sponsors hwoever many he had or less.  He figured since it was Gold's he could ask for more.  He does appear in some shows and what have you but none of them are star-makers and the pay is NOT out of this world.  In most cases I would say it was the SAG minimum he was making.  Which I have no idea what it was at that time.  I think when I was in SAG it $498 a day.  If you signed on a weekly it came out to like $1800 or something like that
