back when i was still obsessive about measuring my bodyfat with a caliper, I would consistently get 1mm readings on my Pec, stomach, Supraillium and sometimes my thigh

then again, I don't weigh much so it really doesn't matter

the thing is that i'm not getting the readings from my back, tricep and other places to fullfill a 7 site bf analysis so it could be higher

Skin caliper tests are based on regression equations which have huge margins of error.  Even the most accurate tests can be off by 3% or so.  The equations are also not usually developed on populations of very lean people and break down when applied to them.

I think salvatore is close being the leanest... not "ripped" because lets admit it, watching bodybuilding and extreme sports in general has given as all the real meaning of being ripped... but lean for sure.... and most mature.

That's a good point dat you made about waist size correlating wit leaness Salvation, coz from my own personal experience I know dat once my waist is under 30 inches then I'm in da sub-7 range.
